The famous 'Ghiaione' is a special BruBru's recipe

There is no delightful ingredient: typically it's a piece of green cheese, white in the beginning (at least 2 years old), or it may be a rough steak cooked on a grill with no flavour at all.
Mandatory: cooked Ghiaione must be forgotten in the bottom part of the refrigerator for at least one month before enjoying it (better a couple of months).

Would you like to eat it? On Friday it will taste wonderful !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
